Inniskeen Road July Evening 2024

We are delighted to welcome back the Inniskeen Road July Evening festival after a five year hiatus.  As well as the traditional stroll with storytelling and performance through Inniskeen landmarks we feature the inaugural Monaghan Plein Air festival and two evening events in the Patrick Kavanagh Centre.  The first of these is a very special screening of Sé Merry Doyle’s ‘No Mans Fool’ (2004) a specially commissioned documentary about Patrick Kavanagh produced for the centenary anniversary since his birth. The second event is the acclaimed and hugely successful one man show, ‘The Man in the Woman’s Shoes‘ by actor Mikel Murfi which hasn’t stopped touring since 2013. Two unmissable events live at the Patrick Kavanagh Centre.
