Getting Here
The Patrick Kavanagh Centre is situated in Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan a 20 minute drive from Dundalk (just off the M1, or a 15 minute drive from Carrickmacross (just off the N2). It is halfway between Dublin and Belfast and also near the Dublin to Derry road.

By Car
- If travelling by car, we encourage approaching Inniskeen via the N2 exit signed for Dundalk at Carrickmacross.
- If travelling via Dundalk, follow R178 route out of Dundalk town for Carrickmacross. Then take the right turn at Channonrock (Conlons Pub) for Inniskeen.
By Air
- Dublin Airport is approximately 80km away, around 60 minutes by car.
- Belfast International Airport is approximately 110km away, around 1hr 40mins by car.
